About Larissa Regina
Larissa Regina serves as Chief People Officer for Aurora InvestCo, where she leads the firm’s people strategy, organizational development, talent acquisition, leadership support, and cross-cultural operations across the United States, Latin America and Europe.
Working closely with executive leadership, she is responsible for strengthening Aurora’s organizational culture while helping build the teams, partnerships, and operational capabilities that support the firm’s long-term investment, hospitality, and real estate initiatives.
